• Automated Maintenance (Workstations Only): We’ll continue to automate routine maintenance for your workstations.

• Manual Maintenance for Servers (if applicable): Server maintenance will be performed manually, ensuring critical systems are well-maintained.

• Ticketing System Access: Access our ticketing system for efficient issue resolution.

Tier 3: Premium Managed Services

• Agent + Comprehensive Security Suite: Enjoy all the benefits of the agent monitoring, BitDefender’s award-winning Enterprise AV, and advanced security measures.

• Fully Automated Maintenance and Active Monitoring: We’ll automate maintenance for both workstations and servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.

• All-Inclusive Services: All services, tickets, and hours are covered under this pricing, providing you with budget predictability.

• Excludes Projects and New Equipment Setup/Install: Note that projects and new equipment setup/installation are separate services and not covered under managed services. These can be quoted separately
